Prior to purchasing your home, you were informed of the Summerglen Property Owners Association (POA) and its many fine features. The Board of Directors and the Architectural Control Committee would like to convey pertinent information about the POA’s rules and regulations, services provided by outside agencies, utilities and phone numbers for your convenience.

Homeowners in Summerglen want to make it a great place to live and enhance long term property values. In order achieve this, everyone must comply with the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) which are provided at the time of closing.
