Entry Gate Information
For details regarding the hours a guard is on duty and entry guidelines, please log on to the Homeowner Restricted Area.
Each homeowner is entitled to purchase remotes for the gate. Gate remotes are needed to enter through the Resident gate. Gate remotes can be mailed or picked up M-F 12-2pm at FSR. To have mailed, download and return the Gate Remote Agreement to gatessatx@fsresidential.com. You will then be offered the option to pay with a credit card or have your association account charged and the item will be mailed to you.
Our security company, Allied, has set up a Visitor Management System using software from Safehouse. Residents need to contact our First Service manager to request a login and password to access the Safehouse app.
